The pills are compact and the capsules are smooth, making them easy to swallow. Plus, they come in individual packets rather than a bulk container, so they're super convenient to carry around. You really need to take these consistently for them to work! I kept forgetting to take mine, so I'd only remember every 3 to 4 days, and honestly, I didn't see much of a difference. While they're great for on-the-go, they're not ideal for keeping at home since you have to unwrap each individual capsule packet every time, which creates a lot of waste. I take lutein regularly because my eyes feel tired, but honestly, nothing special about it. It's pretty standard. I can't really say there was anything disappointing about it. It was just fine in a straightforward kind of way.

I really appreciate that it includes not just vitamins A and C, but also helpful ingredients like sunflower seed oil, cassia seed extract, peanut oil, marigold flower extract, and hematococcus extract that support eye health. My eyes have always been sensitive, dry, and prone to discomfort, and while I can't say it's a miracle worker, I've definitely noticed an improvement compared to when I wasn't taking it. I liked that Ankook Health's capsules are small, but these feel noticeably larger to me. They're already pretty big compared to other supplements, and when I take them together with my other pills, they feel even bulkier. I have to swallow this one on its own. If you're already taking zinc oxide or vitamin C from other sources, there's a chance you might be getting too much. You'll absorb it better if you take it with food.
