The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I really appreciate that the lutein content is twice the daily recommended value, which makes this supplement even better. The only downside is the price, but honestly, that's about it. I love that this supplement contains lutein for eye health, and the small pill size makes it really easy to swallow. Unfortunately, I noticed that whenever I take this product, I break out in pimples, so I had to stop using it halfway through.

This is perfect if you're looking to focus on just vitamin A and lutein. I love taking these when my eyes feel tired and strained. Compared to other lutein supplements, this one feels a bit limited since it only contains vitamin A, vitamin E, and flower extract. I was hoping for more active ingredients to really get the most out of my supplement routine, but there aren't enough components here. So right now I'm trying a different product instead.

I'm really committed to lutein, so I've tried several products, and this one works great for me. Since it's from Chong Kun Dang, I trust the quality even more. Plus, it's easy to swallow, which I really appreciate. I don't have any complaints about this product. I'm very satisfied and keep using it.
