It's easy to take one pill at a time, and I can take it anywhere without any guilt. I spend so much time looking at screens every day that I felt I really needed to do something for myself, so I decided to give this a try. I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about it. There's really nothing to complain about. I'm just enjoying taking it regularly.

For people with normal vision, lutein mainly just delays signs of aging eyes, so the real, significant benefits are pretty limited. Honestly, if someone asks me what difference they'd notice between taking it and not taking it, I don't have a good answer. If you approach it as a multivitamin supplement, it's worth using. Just don't expect dramatic improvements in your eye health, so if you're already taking a multivitamin, I wouldn't recommend adding this on top.
