This makeup remover works beautifully and removes makeup effectively without causing irritation. It's gentle enough for everyday use. It's really good! The cleansing power is excellent and it feels gentle on my skin, so I'm using it regularly with great satisfaction. I can't really think of any downsides. I have oily skin, especially in my T-zone. I wear a lot of makeup, and I absolutely love how cleanly and effortlessly this removes it all. I wish you'd offer sales more frequently—the price point is a bit steep for me. I first tried this product as an affordable sample through a travel kit promotion, and I loved it so much that I ended up buying the full size! It's gentle and feels so comfortable on my skin. It does a great job removing sunscreen and other products, and when I use it thoroughly, it really seems to help improve my skin concerns. It works best when transferred to a foam container, but honestly, that can be a hassle sometimes. It removes so easily! I just swipe it with a cotton pad and I'm done - no need for extra cleansing. I'm really loving how well it works, and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. I have oily, acne-prone skin that's quite sensitive, so I only use oil occasionally and stick with cleansing water for my daily routine. Out of all the cleansing waters I've tried, this one has the best cleansing power and doesn't irritate my skin at all. It's truly water-like in texture - incredibly lightweight and removes makeup and impurities so cleanly. There's absolutely nothing disappointing about it. This cleanser really does remove everything! I tend to keep my makeup on the lighter side, but I still do full makeup most days, and it takes off everything except my eyeliner, lip color, and mascara - basically all my other makeup comes right off!! I have dry skin and get those little bumps sometimes, but I'm really happy with how this works for me! Honestly, there's nothing really wrong with it, just that it brings out a bit of redness? I already have some natural redness to my skin, and this does bring out a little more of that
