I chose this product specifically because it's free from irritating ingredients and common allergens, so it won't upset my sensitive skin. What I really loved was how smooth and hydrated my skin felt right after shaving. The product runs out faster than expected, which is a bit disappointing. When I used it with an electric razor, the formula got stuck around the blade area, so I had to rinse it thoroughly every time. The cica and aloe ingredients make this really gentle on skin, yet it cuts through everything so smoothly! I've noticed it actually helps calm things down after shaving too. You can shave without any irritation. It contains soothing ingredients that help calm and comfort your skin. The downside is that it doesn't spread easily across your skin. I absolutely love this shaving cream! I warm it up in my hands, apply it to the area I'm shaving, wait about 3 minutes, and then shave. It gives such a clean shave and I don't get any cuts or irritation. I really can't think of any downsides to mention. It's silky smooth and transparent so you can see it gliding across your skin, and I love how it feels after shaving - barely any irritation despite the rich formula It wasn't quite the texture I expected. When I first opened it, it felt a bit stiff and required a lot of rubbing to work it in. I really love that the formula is clear so I can actually see which areas I've missed while shaving, and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. I was honestly surprised by this at first too, but this product barely lathers, so if you're someone who loves a rich, foamy lather, this probably isn't going to be your thing.
