Since it has a water-based formula, it's noticeably less drying compared to other matte tints. The shade is absolutely perfect for warm undertones. The base beige tone has a subtle rosy-brown undertone that creates a beautiful finish. It barely transfers onto straws or masks. Application is smooth and effortless. It leans more toward a semi-matte finish rather than a true matte, which is a bit disappointing. The color range feels somewhat limited since most shades have a bold, vibrant feel except for the rusty tones. Right after application, it feels great, but as time goes on, it can feel a bit dry. A quick touch-up brings back that dewy, hydrated look.

True to its tattoo tint formula, the color applies incredibly fast. The staying power is exceptional - even after eating, the color remains visible, and it barely transfers when you're sipping drinks. It leaves a sweet fruity candy scent. Most of the color range tends to have high saturation and bright tones. Even though the two shades I purchased are more delicate colors, they have great longevity, so the bolder shades probably do too. However, the limited color selection feels restrictive. Even with softer shades, the saturation seems to intensify with multiple applications or as time passes. Since this is a water tint formula, when applied alone, your lips can feel dry after a while, so you'll need to layer a hydrating lip gloss on top. Plus, because it sets so quickly, you need to blend any gradient effect fast, or you'll end up with harsh lines.
