This shade works beautifully for deep undertones and seems like it would suit even deeper skin tones perfectly. What really impressed me was how long-lasting the color stayed! There's nothing really wrong with it, but since it has a matte finish, you'll want to make sure your lips are well-moisturized and prepped beforehand. If you apply it and then blot gently with a tissue a couple of times, the staying power gets even better!

I'm cool-toned, but honestly I love experimenting with all kinds of makeup regardless of undertone, so if a color catches my eye, I'm buying it right away! This is my first time trying Phorencos lips, and I was expecting the tattoo velvet tint to have incredible staying power based on the name, but it didn't quite live up to that promise. When I applied the tint and wiped it off, there was some color payoff, but it was pretty minimal. That said, the color is absolutely gorgeous! It has this dried rose vibe with just a few drops of red mixed in. Since it's not too bold, your lips don't feel like they're floating off your face, and Phorencos really nailed the shade selection here! I think I have about 10 of these tints, and I'm using around 3 of this particular shade (including the one I received as a gift). It truly doesn't budge and the staying power is incredible. (It stays put even after eating fatty meat!) Because of the velvet tint formula, I wouldn't recommend it for people with dry lips or during winter. It really does dry out your lips, but since the color is so pretty, I keep reapplying it. The website runs tons of discounts and buy-one-get-one deals. The color is absolutely gorgeous! This tint feels so fresh and vibrant, and it's perfect for everyday wear. It's become my go-to tint! The color payoff is fantastic - just apply it twice and let it dry completely, and it stays put even while you're eating. No smudging or fading whatsoever! I have a deep undertone and I loved how this shade works like a natural my-lips-but-better color while still giving me that fresh, luminous glow. The color payoff matches what I see in the tube, and the staying power is impressive even after eating! There's nothing really to complain about, but I've noticed the container leaks occasionally.
