Even among cool undertones, this muted finish feels like the perfect match. Because it's such a light pink, the color doesn't last very long and it shifts to a darker red with some staining. The stain that develops is a different shade than expected. I started with a sample and loved it so much that I bought the full size and have been using it ever since. I typically apply a long-wear tint first, then layer this one on top for extra moisture and hydration. The color payoff is fantastic, and I have to say the scent and taste are actually quite pleasant. When I need to touch up my makeup during the day, I sometimes use it alone, and even though it's a hydrating tint, the staying power is surprisingly impressive. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who loves muted or neutral tones. It removes so cleanly and beautifully - that's honestly a real standout feature. Compared to other tints, this one is definitely much neater. Plus, it doesn't transfer onto straws or anything else. The staying power isn't quite as impressive as the ads suggest, so I'd say the main appeal is really that it doesn't smudge or transfer.
