After exfoliating, my skin was a bit irritated and sensitive, so I applied this for about 20 minutes. First of all, I'm impressed with how beautifully it adheres to the skin - that's a definite win. The cooling effect is fantastic (I even pop it in the fridge before using it), and most importantly, the soothing benefits are really noticeable! I was shocked at how my skin, which had red patches before application, became so evenly toned and calm. At first, I wondered if there was too much essence, but it seems to evaporate really well - that's actually a good thing. Once it dries down, the amount left on my face feels just right, and it works wonderfully as a hydrating treatment before makeup too! I'm not sure if this is from the mask itself, but after about 30 minutes of it feeling stable, I suddenly felt a wave of heat and my entire face turned red. I had the window open because it was winter, so my body was actually cold, but my face was burning. I'm wondering if it was just my body's reaction that day. I'll definitely try it again next time to see if it happens again. 1. The essence amount is seriously generous. 2. I thought it would be sticky, but it's not tacky at all. The essence has this amazing gel-like texture. 3. Fragrance is unscented. 4. The adherence feels great. 5. Sensitivity concerns: I usually break out when products contain certain ingredients, but I only felt a slight sting at the very beginning, and thankfully no breakouts happened. 6. When it goes on sale, it's an absolute steal for the price. Such incredible value. 7. Best bang for your buck. The only thing is that it contains certain ingredients. I'm a huge fan of Face in Face sheet masks, so I grabbed this one when it was on sale at Olive Young (seriously, it drops to just 1,000 won during sales!). The serum amount is absolutely generous—I've been keeping it in the fridge and I still have enough for at least two more applications. What I love most is that it has this jelly-like texture, so unlike those watery masks that just slide right off, this one actually feels like it's doing something for your skin. For the price point, it's seriously hydrating and does the job really well! I ended up buying 10 more bottles because I'm that impressed. I'll be honest, Face in Face's pricier mask options do seem to work better. I picked this up on sale and I'm definitely buying it again. The jelly essence is packed with so much product that I can apply it generously. It absorbs beautifully without any sticky residue, leaving my skin feeling fresh and smooth. My skin was really parched before, but this hydrating formula soaks in wonderfully and actually brightened my complexion noticeably. Honestly, I didn't find any real downsides. My only wish is that there were more reviews out there since it's not a super well-known product yet.

The essence has a slightly thick, almost gel-like consistency that doesn't run, and it absorbs beautifully into the skin. I appreciated that this jelly mask pack doesn't have any sticky residue compared to other similar products, but I wish the formula had more potent ingredients. That said, it didn't cause any irritation or breakouts.
