Hydrogel masks are basically designed to deliver intense hydration to your skin. Twice as Plump and Dewy First off, compared to regular masks, even after wearing it for about 30 minutes, the hydrogel doesn't dry out easily. It naturally keeps your skin feeling plump and dewy. Dewy Plus Brightening Basically, when your skin has plenty of moisture, your entire complexion looks so much better, right? The drier your skin gets, the more it loses its bounce, radiance, and elasticity. This mask delivers on both fronts, so I always stock up whenever Olive Young has a sale. This review is based on my personal experience using this product consistently over a period of time. Contains Ingredients to Watch Out For On the back of the Black and White mask, you'll see they mention trying to create the mask with naturally derived ingredients. However, it's disappointing that it contains 2 ingredients that require caution. While these cautionary ingredients are included, here's something important to note: I have quite sensitive and delicate skin, but I didn't experience any irritation or redness. Price Point Given that it contains those cautionary ingredients, the price is fairly high. While some recommend doing a mask every single day, I've heard that consistently using a more affordable mask is actually better for your skin in the long run. This product made me think about that advice. If you start doing this mask daily about 3 days before an important event, your skin will look incredibly plump and dewy, and your makeup will apply beautifully for a radiant, glowing complexion.
