I'd recommend applying a lip balm underneath and on top. Make sure to apply a lip balm before and after using this product. I've been eyeing the Flyn Water Tint case for a while now, and I love the cool-toned color options available. I finally decided to grab it, so here's my honest review after using it! (I've been comparing it side-by-side with the Tonymoly Shocking Lip Tint) 1. Texture: The formula feels lightweight and perfectly fluid. It applies smoothly to my lips without feeling sticky, and I can easily control how much product I'm using. (I initially thought it would be a super watery tint like Tonymoly or a gel tint formula, but it's actually clearer than that while still being slightly heavier and more glossy than Tonymoly—it has this juicy, bouncy quality that feels really hydrating) 2. Scent: A lot of tints add various fragrances to make application more enjoyable, but honestly, I haven't found many tints with a scent I actually love. The Flyn Water Tint has a pleasant, subtly sweet fragrance that doesn't feel off-putting at all. Plus, it doesn't have an overwhelming smell when you apply it, so I'm completely satisfied! 3. Color payoff: This was my biggest concern. If the color sets instantly without giving me time to blend it out, it would be no different from the Tonymoly tint—and I bought this specifically because I wanted something I could quickly apply on the go. But after testing it, I actually have time to tap and blend the edges with my fingers after applying it! Of course, if I just leave it as is, it will set and I won't be able to smudge it. When I apply it heavily, it looks vibrant and slightly dark pink-red. When I apply it normally, it's a versatile everyday shade that works perfectly for daily wear. I was hesitant to buy it because I have a deep winter skin tone and wasn't sure if it would suit me, but I don't think that's necessary to worry about! 5. Final thoughts: I saw some reviews mentioning the "yogurt" effect (pilling), so I was worried. But after trying it myself, I think those reviewers might have been using too much product. It seems like applying too much to the lips causes that issue. Also, don't expect this to be an ultra-glossy, candy-like tint that stays shiny all day. Right after application, it has this beautiful shine that looks like a natural lip gloss, but the glossiness fades quickly over time. The color is beautiful, and applying this tint doesn't require a lot of skill, so I'm definitely planning to repurchase! The color is absolutely gorgeous! It has this lovely mauve-pink blend that's just stunning. It looks so dewy and moisturized, and the shade is just beautiful. It emphasizes texture and flakiness, which is disappointing. It washes off way too easily, honestly. The only thing going for it is the pretty color.

This time I got my color diagnosis done and found out I'm a cool bright tone, and this lipstick turned out to be absolutely perfect for my lips. I'm so happy about it! It's kind of like a cherry red...? with just a touch of black mixed in? When I applied it to my lips, that's exactly the shade it gave me. A slightly deeper cherry red...? Honestly, I'm not sure if the color payoff is as good as what I saw in the ads. I really love how it stains and tints the lips. I find that applying it, waiting a moment, then gently blotting with a tissue to set the stain, and then layering a lip gloss on top looks even prettier. Perfect match for cool undertones. The color payoff is incredible. Since the pigmentation is so strong, you don't need to apply much, which means this product lasts forever. True: Amount control is tricky. True: The tube is elongated, so product gets all over the opening when you remove the applicator tip.
