This really seems like it won't budge at all!! Once I dab it on a tissue, it doesn't transfer onto my mask either It does seem to cause a bit of flaking... I don't even need to apply a separate lip balm because this keeps my lips so moisturized and smooth without any flaking. The color goes on beautifully and gives me the most gorgeous juicy cherry lip look. I'm definitely buying this again! It's hard to find in stores, so I have to hunt around online and at different retailers. It applies so smoothly and feels lightweight. Even though it's a water tint, the coverage is really even and consistent. I bought this after seeing the ad and I absolutely love it! Even though it's a warm tone, when I apply it, it gives off more of a brick-red vibe rather than a pure red, which works perfectly for me. I was worried about dryness since it's a water tint, but it feels so hydrating and comfortable. I used to have issues with other tints transferring onto my mask, but this one stays put completely. It even looks fresh after eating, so I'm definitely planning to repurchase once I finish this one! I'm not sure if it's because I'm not used to water tints, but when I apply it the way I normally do with other products, the inner part of my lips looks great but the outer edges don't seem to pick up the color as well. The trick is to first swipe the tip of the applicator along your lip line, and then apply it the way you normally would. The color looks pretty, though it's not quite good enough to write home about. The application is decent. It separates and flakes terribly. The skin feels dry and it wipes off messily. The staying power is absolutely terrible. I ended up giving it to a friend.

I usually avoid water tints because they tend to smudge and transfer easily, but this one is amazing! About 30 seconds after applying, I tested it on the back of my hand and there was barely any transfer at all! The staying power is longer compared to other products, but it doesn't live up to the advertising claims. Make sure to exfoliate your lips well before applying for the best results.

I apply it right before wearing a mask, let it dry, and then put the mask on - barely any product transfers onto the mask at all. I'm not usually a fan of matte finishes, but this one has a slightly gel-like texture that I really appreciate. I love that this doesn't smudge no matter what I eat or drink! The color is gorgeous, and I'm so glad it's not one of those watery tints that just slides right off. It has this bouncy, jelly-like texture that feels amazing on the lips. I've been wearing it daily, and shade 402 is absolutely beautiful too - it has more of a cherry red vibe, while 406 is a deeper red. Honestly, I'm obsessed with 403 as well and keep repurchasing it! The brand claims it lasts twelve hours, but it doesn't quite hold up that long. After I eat, it seems to fade everywhere except the center of my lips.
