I've really noticed a reduction in my breakouts since using this. Whenever I switch to a different foam cleanser, my acne comes right back, so I'm convinced this product is actually making the difference. I started with the DermaTrouble line skin and serum, and I loved them so much that I added the cleanser and cream to my routine. The lather isn't super rich and foamy—it's more on the gentle side. One pump seems like it might not be enough, but it actually goes a long way. I use it for my morning cleanse and as a second cleanse at night. There's a bit of tightness after washing, but it's not overly drying. I have combination skin that's pretty sensitive, especially to exfoliating ingredients—I can't even use BHA or PHA products. But this one gently refines my skin texture in the most amazing way. My nose tends to get oily, and I've noticed the surface feels so much smoother now. Since switching to this whole line, my excess oil has really decreased. Oil-water balance was my biggest struggle, and I'm honestly really happy with how things are going now. This is my first time using a cleanser from start to finish, and I'm really impressed! My skin is incredibly sensitive, but after using this, I've noticed a real difference—my skin feels noticeably less dry, those pesky little bumps have calmed down, and my skin texture has genuinely improved. Once you switch to another cleanser, you can immediately feel how much drier it is in comparison. Because it's a foaming formula, the product dispenses quite generously, so I end up going through a bottle pretty quickly. I have sensitive skin and I'm so happy that this didn't cause any breakouts. Even without the bubbles and foam, it cleanses gently without any irritation. When it gets in my eyes, they sting and hurt so much. I experienced eye discomfort and redness that took a while to calm down. Not applicable

Since it's the first product you use in the routine, getting that initial step right is really important. I'm confident this cleanser is doing exactly what it should. I have oily, sensitive skin with seborrheic dermatitis, and this product works perfectly for me. I really love it! After using it, I feel like excess oil and impurities are thoroughly removed, but it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or uncomfortable. I've been using it consistently and I've noticed a significant improvement in the texture of my skin - those rough patches have really smoothed out. When I use it every day, my face gets red, probably because of the exfoliating ingredients. Since it comes out as a gentle bubble, it's really mild on the skin. Plus, even though it's slightly acidic, the cleansing power is impressive. And the best part? My skin doesn't feel tight or dry after washing. The amount you get is pretty small. It runs out faster than I expected. I wish they'd give you more product in each bottle.
