I love that it's not overly greasy, removes cleanly, and feels gentle on my lashes. Plus, the price is unbeatable when you grab it locally. I picked this up at a drugstore in Germany for such a great price and loved using it. I really wish it were easier to find and more accessible back home. Soak a cotton pad with a small amount of product and hold it against your eye area for about 10 seconds to let it work. I have sensitive skin that reacts to harsh makeup removers, so I was thrilled to discover this product. I picked it up in Australia for around ten dollars, and it's been a game-changer. My eyes feel completely comfortable when I use it, and it effortlessly washes away even waterproof makeup without any irritation. I wish the bottle was bigger since I'm going through it quickly. I love how gentle it is on my skin. It's truly mild and soft, which feels amazing. The cleansing power is decent—nothing spectacular, but definitely does the job. I picked this up in Germany for what felt like around three thousand won, and honestly, for that price point, the ingredient list is pretty solid. I really don't understand why they added colorants to this... It's frustrating because everything else about the formula is great.

If I had to pick something, it would be that occasionally product drips when I pour it onto the cotton pad. I picked this up when I was in Russia. There's nothing particularly amazing about it, but honestly, the Garnier water formula is pretty decent. The lip makeup doesn't come off easily, which is frustrating. I stocked up on Garnier products, but the cleansing just isn't strong enough. It doesn't have that crazy intense cleansing power that removes everything the instant it touches your skin, but honestly, it does the job really well I didn't really find much to complain about. I used to get irritation around my eyes with cleansing water, but this product removes makeup from that delicate area without any discomfort. It cleanses really effectively and the formula is incredibly gentle overall. I definitely recommend it. Compared to other cleansing water products, the price is a bit steep for the amount you get. In Australia, similar products are around six dollars.
