It cleanses beautifully without any harshness or irritation. My skin feels calm and clear with no breakouts! The scent is pleasant and doesn't bother me at all, and the cleansing works wonderfully. For nearly 20 years, I've been applying sunscreen every single day, and this cleansing water is absolutely the answer. Even water-resistant, sweat-proof sunscreen comes off gently without irritation. If a little gets in your eyes, it stings way less than other products. It's not available in Korea, so you have to order it from Amazon or Coupang. I use the 5-layer makeup remover pads by splitting them in half, saturating them thoroughly, and wiping away the product. I bought this one because the pink version doesn't have a cap. Unlike the pink one, this formula has an oil layer that makes it so much better at removing eye makeup Because of the oil layer, you need to shake the 400ml bottle before each use, and compared to the pink version, I'm hesitant to use it on my face. I used to rely on that famous red Bioderma cleanser, but it was irritating my sensitive skin. So I switched to this one and I'm really happy with the change. First of all, it's more affordable, and since it contains oil, when you shake it up, it removes even stubborn long-wear makeup beautifully! Better than the pink cap version. I've been using it as a substitute for lip and eye remover since it even takes off Clio mascara. The formula is great and doesn't irritate my eyes (the pink version did cause some irritation). If I had to nitpick, I'd say you really need to shake it well before each use.

I tested it on an eyeliner I'd applied about 30 minutes earlier from a popular beauty store, and I'd actually forgotten to remove it. One cotton pad with a quick swipe and it was completely gone. The formula has an oil-like texture that sits on top, as you can see in the photo. Great value for the price with a generous size, and the formula is gentle on skin. Everything else about it is pretty solid. It does make my eyes feel a bit irritated, but honestly I haven't tried many cleansers that don't cause some irritation, so it's decent overall.
