If you prefer keeping your eye makeup minimal, this removes it really well. It's great for taking off face makeup too. For things like eyeliner and mascara, I have to scrub pretty hard to get them off, and it makes my eyes feel a bit sore.

It has oil mixed in, so after shaking it well, I just dampen a cotton pad and wipe my face a few times—my makeup comes off completely in two or three passes. Even most eye makeup disappears easily. Of course, if I'm wearing mascara or eyeshadow, I'll use a dedicated makeup remover because that's just the right thing to do! The cleansing power is fantastic and the value for money is genuinely incredible. I've been ordering it directly even after moving back to Korea, and I've been using it consistently for five years now. I also tried the pink version from the same line, but since it doesn't have that oil layer, the finish felt extremely dry to me. Because it has that oil layer, I really need to follow up with a cleansing foam after wiping my face. Mascara and eyeliner wipe away cleanly when you use a cotton pad to gently remove them. I found an affordable alternative that works just as well as Shu Uemura's cleansing oil. I've tried various oils and makeup removers before, but I never felt like they were cleaning thoroughly, so I used to apply them multiple times in a row. This product removes makeup so cleanly, and my skin doesn't feel tight after washing either!! This cleanser has amazing cleansing power! The generous size means you don't have to worry about rationing it, which is fantastic. Since it's a dual-phase remover that combines oil and water, it removes eye makeup beautifully without feeling harsh or irritating. I really appreciate how gentle it is on my skin. Because it has both oil and water phases that work together, I think this formula would suit all skin types really well. I haven't experienced any breakouts or irritation from using this product, so honestly, I can't think of any downsides. It's been great for me.

I actually prefer this product over the pink Garnier one. It's an absolute must-have for removing makeup. It's harder to find compared to the pink cleansing water. It doesn't seem to be stocked as prominently in stores. I always do a double cleanse routine - first I gently wipe away my makeup with a cotton pad, then I follow up with a cleansing foam to finish the job. - wj****Da khô03/11/2019 (UTC+0)
This is a product I started using after moving to Australia. The best part is getting so much product for the price! Sales happen pretty regularly at the supermarket too. Cleansing power: It removes most color cosmetics and glitter really well, though some mascaras need a few passes to come off completely. I applied it to my face with a cotton pad and my skin started stinging, so I stopped using it right away and switched to just using it for lips and eyes. With lips and eyes, there was no stinging or any real reaction, so I kept going with that. But when I tried it on my face again, it caused serious irritation and red bumps appeared, so I threw it out immediately. After checking the ingredients, I was shocked to see this product had way more harmful components than others, so I tossed it without hesitation. At least the price was cheap, so I didn't feel too bad about wasting it.
