The application was fantastic! It spreads smoothly and evenly across the skin, and the drying time is just right. I did notice a slight tightening sensation as it dried, but that's pretty normal for this type of product. The scent is subtle and really soothing. It's not an artificial fragrance, so using the mask feels completely comfortable and pleasant without any irritation.
The cleansing power was disappointing. This is honestly the biggest drawback—the mask doesn't rinse off cleanly. Even after rinsing multiple times with water and gently rubbing, there's a slippery residue left behind that makes it tedious to wash away completely. For my sensitive skin, this product felt a bit too strong. After cleansing, my skin turned slightly red and I noticed small bumps appearing. It seems like this formula was just too intense for my skin type. If you have sensitive skin, I'd really recommend doing a patch test first before committing to it. As for pore refinement, I'm honestly not sure. I expected it to deeply purify and extract impurities from my pores, but I didn't see any noticeable improvement in pore size or clarity. Maybe I had unrealistic expectations. Regarding skin tone brightening, I can't really tell a difference either. Since it's marketed as a white mud mask, I thought it would give my complexion a clearer, more radiant look. But right after using it, I didn't feel that brightening effect, and even with consistent use, I haven't noticed any significant changes.
