I kept seeing Givenchy products on TV, so I decided to try them out. What really won me over was the luxurious design that made me want to keep it as a collectible. I expected a matte lip finish, but it applies so smoothly and feels more comfortable than I thought. I can wear it solo without any issues and use it every day, which is perfect for my routine. The downside is that the lip formula feels quite heavy and dense rather than lightweight, so I'd recommend using a lip brush to apply it properly. This is honestly the best lipstick I've ever tried! I finally understand what people mean by "staying power" - it just grips onto my lips perfectly. It doesn't smudge on my cup, doesn't settle into my lip lines, and the color payoff is absolutely stunning. And here's the best part: it's not drying at all. For me, it's literally flawless. I want to get every single shade they make! The price is a bit steep, but honestly, the product is so good that I totally get it. As long as they don't raise it any higher, I'm happy.

When I first apply it to my lips, the color feels a bit sheer and light, but after a few moments, it transforms into the most gorgeous shade that settles perfectly on my lips with this beautiful, subtle depth. I really love that this isn't matte, so there's no dry, flaky texture showing through, and it glides on so smoothly and beautifully. The leather case is such a nice touch too - it makes the whole product feel so much more luxurious and special. The leather case looks gorgeous, but I have to say the downside is that it shows dirt and marks way too easily, which is a bit disappointing. I've been using shade 306, and honestly, it leans more orange than red, which wasn't quite what I was hoping for. I've found that lip products always look their best when you prep your lips first with a lip base or foundation to neutralize your natural lip color before applying. It really does make a difference in how polished the final look is. The leather case is absolutely gorgeous, and the application is so smooth. The scent is pleasant and doesn't feel off-putting when applied to the lips. Just one swipe and I feel an instant mood boost before heading out. Whenever I travel abroad, if I spot this lipstick at a Givenchy counter, I'm definitely grabbing two. It's that amazing. People constantly ask me what I'm wearing because it looks so good. I'm going to use this for life. I really hope it never gets discontinued. Plus, it's not something everyone has, which makes it even better. This is my holy grail lipstick. It's pricey, but the quality makes it worth every penny. If you have dry or flaky lips, make sure to prep and exfoliate a bit before applying. I highly recommend it.
