It's perfect for a quick touch-up before heading out the door or for a natural, effortless look without much makeup. The staying power isn't very long-lasting, and the moisture doesn't stick around either - my lips end up feeling dry. The color payoff is so natural and beautiful, it looks like your own lip color I developed an allergic reaction on my lips with scabbing and weeping, so I can't use it anymore. The shade is still pretty though

I've been eyeing this lip balm for a while, so I finally took the plunge. I couldn't resist the temptation to buy it. Packaging: Honestly, I think half the price of this lip balm goes toward the case. It has a leather-like feel, which makes it feel luxurious. It doesn't show dirt as much as I expected either. Color: It's a cool, soft pink with sheer color payoff. But when I layer it, the color builds up nicely. Raspberry didn't match my undertone, but this has a blue-toned pink that complements my cool complexion perfectly. Love it. Because of this, people actually ask me what lip product I'm wearing... and I get compliments when I wear this lip balm instead of expensive lip products. It's funny how life works sometimes. The stain it leaves is barely noticeable—just a hint of pink that's almost invisible. Application: It feels like a lightweight lip balm. It's not heavy or uncomfortable, and it glides on smoothly. It applies lightly without feeling thick, though it doesn't have a glossy shine. There's a slight cooling sensation when I apply it. It seems like the cooling effect was added just for comfort rather than for plumping. Lip balm: Is this really a lip balm? As a lip balm, it falls short. Even when I apply it to smooth lips, after some time it becomes dry and flaky, and it actually makes my lips feel more irritated. I wouldn't recommend using this as a lip balm. Scent: It smells off. It smells like rose, but also has that heavy, artificial cosmetic smell that feels suffocating. Case: It looks pretty, but as a case, it's not practical. The exterior looks nice, but if you press too hard when taking the product out, the lip balm gets dented. I'd suggest using a different lip balm to keep your lips healthy and treat this one as a tinted lip product instead. This lip balm case is absolutely luxurious, just like you'd expect from Givenchy! It sparkles beautifully in the sunlight and looks so gorgeous. Since I have darker skin and naturally darker lips, I usually reach for either very deep shades or products like this one that create a soft, natural pink lip look. I've been a loyal user of Dior products for years, but honestly, this Givenchy lip balm is even better! It's definitely become my go-to lip balm to carry around and use throughout the day. A few minutes after applying, I notice a slightly cooling sensation that feels really refreshing. I love how this Givenchy pink lip balm works as more than just lip care. The way it opens and closes feels amazing. It really has that luxury item vibe. And it's so beautiful. Just looking at it makes me happy. The color is gorgeous. It's perfect for a no-makeup makeup look. When you apply it, it creates a subtle warming effect with a nice plumping action. It's extremely drying. It dries out within 10 minutes, and it even causes lip flaking where there wasn't any before. It's really frustrating. You need to reapply it constantly. The case color is absolutely gorgeous! I switched over from Dior because I'm so impressed with this one. I don't really have any complaints, but it does seem to fade pretty quickly, you know? Natural-looking color that feels just right, with a nice moisturizing touch. The gorgeous packaging makes it perfect for gifting too. The fragrance comes across as a bit synthetic. The hydration could be more generous. The case looks stunning, but opening and closing it can be a little awkward. There's something special about shopping for this at the department store.
