I usually skip mascara, but this nourishing formula is actually pretty impressive I've only used it twice and it feels like it's not quite delivering yet. No real disappointments so far, but I'm still waiting to see if it really works for me

My lashes are really particular and tend to clump easily (they're naturally long and I have plenty of them). Honestly, sometimes my lashes look better without any mascara at all because of this, but this one curls them so beautifully! Since I have monolids, I was worried about the lashes lifting too dramatically, but this volumizing formula creates such a perfect C-curl that lifts just right. I absolutely love it. I used to wear brown mascara, but black actually looks cleaner on me. Giverny really nailed the formula on this volumizing mascara. The staying power is fantastic too. My lashes stay lifted for hours, which is amazing because other mascaras usually drop within an hour or two. This one keeps my lashes lifted for about five hours, which is perfect for my lash type. This volumizing mascara applies without clumping, which I really appreciate. It actually excels more at lengthening lashes than creating volume. The brush has sharp edges that felt awkward at first, but once I got used to it, the application became much smoother and more comfortable. The price point is quite affordable, which is nice. I love how my lashes stay separated and defined with a nice volumized lift. The mascara gives a clean, polished look that I'm really happy with. That said, the curl hold is pretty standard and doesn't last as long as I'd hoped. I picked this up because the angled brush looked like it would be convenient to use, but it only covers a small area with each application. I end up having to apply it multiple times, which means my mascara routine takes way longer than it should.
