I really appreciate the convenient size and affordable price. Since one box lasts three months, it doesn't take up much storage space. The vitamin and mineral content meets about 70-100% of the daily recommended intake, so it doesn't feel overwhelming. Personally, I avoid supplements with iodine due to thyroid concerns, and I've found it surprisingly difficult to locate iodine-free products. I'm glad this one doesn't contain iodine. Honestly, since it only meets the daily recommended values, I haven't noticed any real difference in energy or felt like anything has changed after taking it. Also, it doesn't include magnesium, iron, or calcium, so I'm considering either taking those separately or switching to another product that has these ingredients included. Having the dates written on the packaging really helps me remember to take it every single day.

I've been taking different vitamins separately, but now when I travel, I don't have to pack multiple bottles. With this multivitamin product, I can just break open a capsule or two and carry it with me. It's so convenient! Just be careful when breaking open the capsules since the edges can be sharp. I received this as a gift from a friend and decided to try it. What I really appreciated is that the capsules are noticeably smaller compared to other brands, making them so much easier to swallow. Plus, the price point feels really fair and reasonable for the quality you're getting. The medicinal smell is a bit off-putting, to be honest. It has that metallic, slightly bitter scent that takes some getting used to. That said, once you take it, the smell doesn't linger or come back up, so it's manageable.
