I already had a similar supplement, but it was such a hassle taking them one by one, so I decided to try this instead. I checked the ingredients and felt good about them, so I went ahead with the purchase. What I really appreciated is that this formula includes minerals, which I noticed were missing from other supplements I've tried. I'm also taking additional supplements for CoQ10 and potassium since those aren't included here, but overall I'm really happy with this choice. I wish the price was a bit lower and that it included some of the extra ingredients found in other supplements. Otherwise, I end up neglecting to take my other vitamins. You'll want to supplement this with additional nutrients since one pack alone isn't quite enough to cover all your needs.

Now he's taking them consistently without me having to nag him constantly. I only need to mention it once instead of three times, and he remembers to take them. I'm so happy about that! According to my husband's feedback, his urine has turned a deep lemonade yellow color, which shows the supplement is really working. He's very pleased with the results. I did consider buying lutein, milk thistle, and the other ingredients separately for 2-3 months' worth, which would have been more cost-effective. I really appreciated that these come in individual packets since I'm always on the go and need something convenient to carry around. However, I wasn't impressed overall. The price point doesn't offer good value for money, and you end up with a lot of packaging waste.
