The pills are small enough that I can take them with the liquid formula without any issues. There are so many multivitamins like this on the market these days, so I decided to give it a try and I'm really impressed with the results. It's super convenient to take after meals when you're feeling tired, and the best part is that it tastes just like pure orange juice, so it's actually enjoyable to take. I honestly can't think of any downsides. The value for money is excellent, and my family members love it too. Take it together with the liquid when you're having pills. I found that taking it in the morning works better than taking it before bed.

So convenient to take on the go. Easy to carry with you wherever you need it. You can take both the liquid and tablet together, even when you don't have water nearby. The price is quite steep. The package doesn't contain many doses.
