Since I'm taking blood pressure medication and need to maintain these two supplements consistently over the long term, it's wonderful to be able to handle everything in one go. Like most Omega-3 supplements, the pill size can feel a bit overwhelming at times. Though I have to say, I'm gradually getting used to it as time goes on.

It has a combination of CoQ10 and Omega-3, which I found to be pretty decent The price is great, and I really appreciated being able to get both ingredients in one product. There's honestly nothing to complain about
