Since it's difficult to get coenzyme Q10 on its own, I found a supplement that includes other nutrients below the daily recommended amount and I'm taking it regularly. The capsule is slightly sticky, which makes it uncomfortable to swallow sometimes. It's a well-known brand, so it makes a great gift for special occasions, and I really appreciate how convenient it is to take one capsule daily for myself too. Since wellness supplements require consistent use to show results, I haven't noticed effects yet, but I'll definitely come back and update you as soon as I do.

I take it because it's supposed to support healthy circulation. Since I have high blood pressure, I've been taking it consistently to help put my mind at ease. The outside of the capsule feels a bit sticky, probably because of the summer heat. It also has a medicinal smell to it.
