I absolutely love that this gives me lutein and omega-3, plus vitamins A, B, and D, along with zinc, manganese, biotin, and so much more all in one go. It's amazing to get all these nutrients packed together! The only thing I wish is that it could cover 100% of all the nutrients I need in one product. Looking at the ingredients, I think this is a great value omega-3 supplement. It also contains lutein and other beneficial nutrients, making it really convenient to take daily. The reviews are excellent, and it seems like a perfect option for anyone just starting out with supplements. I'm currently taking omega-3 from the pharmacy, but honestly, I believe you should invest in a higher-quality omega-3 even if it costs more. I discovered that this one had oxidized while I was using it, and it had a strong fishy smell. Since it was hot outside at the time, I'm not sure if it oxidized during shipping or if I stored it incorrectly. Many omega-3 products on the market tend to oxidize, which is a real concern. While omega-3 is incredibly beneficial for your health, oxidized omega-3 can actually be harmful. If the capsules smell fishy, don't take them—throw them away instead. When buying from pharmacies, look for products that come with oxidation guarantees. You can ask the pharmacist for their recommendation. Even if a product seems fine when you first buy it, if something feels off while you're taking it, it's better to discard it. It might feel wasteful, but consuming oxidized supplements will actually harm your body more than help it.
