Since you chew it rather than swallow it whole, I found it works so much better for mouth inflammation and sore throat! I've always struggled with frequent sneezing due to allergies, so I decided to try this after hearing that propolis could help boost my immune system. It's really convenient to take, and I love that it has a refreshing mint finish that leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh. I haven't noticed any results yet. That said, I don't really have any complaints about the product itself.

Perfect for when the weather suddenly turns cold and my throat feels scratchy! Most propolis products come in a squeeze format, but I love that these capsules are so convenient and don't have any unpleasant taste to worry about. You really need to manage the moisture level inside the storage container since they're not individually wrapped! I used to get canker sores all the time, but after taking this, I hardly get them anymore. Even when I do get one, it clears up so quickly! The taste is a bit off, and I have to admit the color put me off at first. But after taking it for over a week, I've gotten used to it and it's totally manageable now. Propolis works really well with my body, so I'm taking products from several different brands. The Gnm capsule form is easy to take without any issues. There's nothing really disappointing about it. I love that you can dissolve this right in your mouth - it seems great for oral health too. It feels refreshing and I'm really happy with it. I don't really have any complaints - I'm pleased with it. I wish it could help with nasal congestion too.
