I'm really impressed with how hygienic these are - they come in capsule form with individual packaging, so each dose is perfectly sealed and protected. The only thing is that you need to take two capsules, which feels a bit inconvenient. That's why I split my doses—one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Sure, it's a little extra effort, but since I'm doing this for my health, I actually feel good about taking care of myself this way! Take 2 capsules daily after meals.

I watched an Omega-3 recommendation video and decided to switch from my previous supplement to this one because it's supposed to offer great value with quality ingredients! This product definitely delivers on affordability, and I'm really satisfied that the active ingredient levels exceed the standard requirements in comparable formulations. The only downside is that you need to take two capsules daily - it would be so much more convenient if it came as a single capsule. No strange smell at all, it felt really clean and refined. This omega-3 ranks in my top 3 best ones I've ever tried. The main downside is that it doesn't have a long shelf life. I purchased it from a discount site, and the expiration date was shorter than I would have liked.

Now I can definitely tell the difference - my feet aren't nearly as cold anymore! I wish the pill size was smaller. That said, most omega supplements tend to be pretty large anyway. I make sure to take omega supplements regularly, and this product is definitely worth the investment. The value for money is really solid. The omega capsules are quite large due to the nature of the ingredient, and they do have a noticeable smell. Other than that, I can't really complain about anything else.
