This is a must-have for older adults, especially since many of them tend to have higher blood pressure. I have to be honest though - these capsules are a bit tough to swallow. They tend to get stuck in my throat, which is frustrating. That said, if you take it consistently, it really does make a difference. I've been using this for about two months now and I'm on my second bottle. Everyone knows that CoQ10 is great for antioxidant support, right? Since I'm taking it alongside other supplements, it's hard to say definitively how much of the benefit comes from this alone, but I'm taking it proactively for heart health, to combat age-related energy loss, and for overall antioxidant wellness. The pills are small and easy to swallow, which is really convenient. Plus, they don't have that unpleasant smell that some other supplements have, so that's a nice bonus. I wish the price were a bit more affordable. It would also be great if it came in individual packets like some other supplements do. Since it comes in a container, it's a bit inconvenient to carry around with me. The key is taking one capsule consistently every day. If you have high blood pressure, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try.
