Just a tiny amount gives such a gorgeous shine. When I use it in fall and winter, my skin feels so much less dry. The only downside is the price relative to how much product you get. That said, since you only need a small amount, it's perfect to use during those dry seasons. It works beautifully on its own, and I love mixing just a drop into my emulsion or cream for extra hydration and glow.
