It felt like it was absorbing beautifully into my skin, and after applying the sunscreen, it spread so smoothly and thinly. My skin didn't feel heavy or weighed down at all. If you have oily skin, you might notice your skin looking a bit shiny later on. Your pores can become more visible during this process, but if you apply another thin layer and set it with powder, it looks fine.

It feels slightly less hydrating than I expected, but that's just my personal take. I love using it together with the mist product. I pour the refill mist onto the pad and apply it while blow-drying my hair for even better results.

What I love most is that the coverage doesn't feel heavy or cakey as you add more—instead, it creates a luminous, clear complexion. I'm genuinely impressed. Longevity: The lightweight formula actually delivers impressive staying power and makeup durability. My skin is combination with an oily T-zone and dry areas elsewhere. When I apply this cushion early in the morning before work, my makeup stays flawless all day. At lunch, I just do a light touch-up on my T-zone with what's left on the puff, and everything holds beautifully. Skin Radiance: Another standout feature is the gorgeous, natural glow it creates. My skin looks incredibly plump and dewy. This cushion is perfect for achieving that healthy, radiant complexion. Plus, it smooths out skin texture beautifully, making my skin look absolutely flawless. Final Thoughts: Most hydrating cushions tend to slide around or look patchy because they don't adhere well to skin, and the more hydrating they are, the more they tend to oxidize and darken. But Ground Plan's cushion is remarkably different—it's incredibly hydrating yet grips to skin perfectly without any slipping. The makeup lasts impressively long and barely oxidizes at all. It feels so hydrating and moisturizing. It gives a nice subtle brightening effect on lighter skin tones. The hydration really lasts throughout the day too. It tends to wear off pretty quickly. The formula is on the thinner side, so it doesn't cover blemishes as well as you'd hope. I'd really only recommend it if you're just looking for a subtle skin-brightening effect. First off, the design is really unique and makes me feel special compared to what my friends have. I absolutely love the square case shape. The scent is wonderful to me, though personally it smells a bit more raw and modern than I expected, haha. The coverage is decent without being heavy, and it blends beautifully with a great adherence to the skin. I tend to go back and forth between shades 21 and 22 since my skin tone isn't always consistent. Anyway, this cushion turned out to be much better than I anticipated! I'd definitely recommend it for dry or combination skin types. I found it to have quite a dewy finish, which was a lot for me. I have combination skin that leans oily, so dealing with the shine was a real hassle and I ended up using powder constantly. That said, even though I have oily skin, I actually appreciate the dewy effect. I love both satin matte and satin dewy finishes, but this one feels somewhere in between, kind of matte-ish? It's confusing, honestly. I'm not entirely sure what to make of it, and I apologize for the rambling. I've been doing my skincare routine carefully for a while, but whenever I used cushion or foundation, my skin would get really dry. This product keeps my skin feeling hydrated and fresh all day long, which is amazing. This transfers quite a bit onto masks, so I recommend letting the cushion dry for a moment before putting your mask on.
