This cushion feels moisturizing without transferring heavily onto my mask. At home, I usually wear Chanel or Tom Ford foundation when I go out, and this cushion transfers way less than those carefully applied foundations. I was using Dior cushion but found it a bit drying, so I tried this Gucci one on a whim and it exceeded my expectations! With just a small amount, it applies smoothly and spreads so easily. The wear time is fantastic too! I was loyal to Nars cushion, then switched to Dior, but now I'm settling on Gucci. I've tried several drugstore cushions too, and recently bought that Too Cool for School cushion that just went on way too thick and clumpy. Even though people usually compliment my skin for having small pores and barely any texture, I'm sticking with department store cushions now. I have so many drugstore cushions lying around at home! The case is quite sturdy, and they don't sell extra puffs separately. The department store associate actually gave me two extra puffs meant for testers, which are identical to the cushion puff. This has a pink undertone! I thought most foundations for Western skin tones use yellow undertones since their complexions tend to be more red, but I'm not sure if this is specifically formulated for Asian skin. Either way, the pink undertone means I need to be careful not to apply it too thickly around my neck and jawline to avoid a mismatch. I bought a Jungsaemmool cushion before, but it oxidized so much as the day went on. I keep wondering if there's a cushion that hits that sweet spot, but honestly, this might be better solved with a foundation. Cushions seem to have some limitations when it comes to color matching.
