When you pull out a pad, it's quite large and thick. Each pad is saturated with so much essence that your entire face stays hydrated as you cleanse, and the embossed texture is really effective at removing impurities and dead skin cells without being irritating. After use, oily areas like your chin and forehead look less shiny, while dry patches get a nice dose of moisture, which I loved. What really won me over though is the cooling effect. I expected it to mainly cleanse and hydrate, but when you apply it like a light mask, your face feels refreshingly cool and you can tell it's soothing your skin. It really helped calm that tight, stinging feeling you get during seasonal changes. There are some downsides though. Because the pads are thick, they can fold or stick awkwardly, which is a bit annoying to deal with. It's definitely a gentle product you can use daily without irritation, but the pads are so saturated with liquid that they can drip. Before applying the pads, I spread aloe gel evenly across my skin and stick one pad on each cheek. The size is generous - I can easily cover my forehead and both cheeks with just three sheets. The simple container design keeps my skincare routine looking neat and organized on my vanity.
