I picked it up after seeing a YouTuber recommend it, and I'm really happy with my purchase. If you're not careful with application, it can cause your base to flake or chip. I applied it over my foundation with blush and highlighter, and if I wasn't paying attention, my base would start to break up. It works beautifully when you mix it with a liquid blush! If you apply it thinly with a fingertip or sponge, you can avoid disturbing your base makeup. If you're looking for that dewy, hydrated feel, I'd definitely recommend this! It works beautifully for a luminous makeup look regardless of your skin tone! I bought this product because I was obsessed with achieving that dewy, plump makeup look, but honestly, I struggled with it. The base kept clumping and flaking off, which made it really difficult to work with. My hair kept sticking to my face, and instead of that gorgeous luminous finish, it just looked a bit oily and greasy. I was really disappointed. If you're better at controlling the amount of product or you're naturally skilled with makeup application, you'll probably have much better results than I did! I've been loving luminous finishes over shimmer lately, so I decided to give this a try, and I'm so glad I did! The way it catches the light is absolutely gorgeous. I haven't regretted this purchase for a second. The staying power could be a bit stronger, but honestly, that's my only complaint about it. Even if you just dab some on the back of your hand and blend it with your fingers, it looks beautiful. But when you apply it with a small applicator, it looks even more stunning.

I dab a small amount on the back of my hand and gently pat it on with the smooth side of a sponge, and wow—it gives my skin that fresh, refined look you get after a sauna when all the impurities are gone. I'm absolutely loving it! When I have fine lines under my eyes that tend to catch foundation, a light tap of this product works perfectly. During touch-ups, it doesn't shift or smudge, and it holds up beautifully without breaking down. I can't believe this product didn't exist sooner! It was great through the summer, and I'm already excited to see how amazing it'll be during the dry winter months! Of course, if you're someone who loves that ultra-powdery, matte finish, I definitely wouldn't recommend this one for you.
