My face doesn't feel tight or overly dry. Plus, there was no irritation at all. Honestly, I'm not sure what makes this different from a heavy-duty sunscreen with serious white cast. It's confusing because the SPF protection feels unclear for a sunscreen, and the white cast is so strong that I can't even use it indoors comfortably. When I apply enough for proper UV protection, my face looks ghostly white, and even using less doesn't help. For reference, I have medium skin tone around shade 22, and this feels way too heavy for me. It looks matte in the mirror, but on my skin it clumps and sits oddly. To sum it up, it's awkward as both a tone-up cream and as a sunscreen.
