I love how easy it is to take this supplement - just before bed, which means I actually remember to use it consistently, unlike products you have to take at specific meal times. Plus, the price is really reasonable for what you get. Honestly, the results are pretty underwhelming. It might reduce some puffiness, but that's about it. I have most of the Green Monster products, and I've seen way better results from ones with green tea catechins, garcinia, or xanthigen. On top of that, this pill is huge - similar in size to chitosan supplements - and it hasn't helped me with digestion or weight loss at all. It basically feels like it does nothing, haha.
