I don't usually have high expectations when buying diet supplements, but I purchased this one specifically for digestive support. Unfortunately, I haven't noticed any real difference with either the garcinia or the catechin products, so I don't think I'll be repurchasing them. There are more options, but I've listed only the ones with higher concentrations. 3. The issue with this product is that you need to take 4 pills daily. I purchased this because it came as a bundle with a Garcinia product at a really great price point. 4. With the Garcinia supplement, you only need 2 pills, so one bottle lasts two months. When you take it consistently, you finish it in two months. But with this one, you're supposed to take 2 pills twice a day, and I kept forgetting... so after four months, there's still plenty left. 5. Because of that, you'd need to take all 4 pills to see real results, but I didn't notice any effects over those four months. The main benefit of catechin is better digestion, but I didn't even experience that. 6. Actually, when you take catechin, this might sound a bit crude, but if you eat something greasy like spicy noodles, you'll notice the difference in your bathroom visits. That's because the fat isn't being absorbed and is being eliminated instead. That's the real effect of catechin. 7. Anyway, even if the concentration is high, taking too many pills isn't ideal. That's why I was thinking about going back to Meta Green or Green One instead. Green One has the best value for money. 8. Since this also offers good value, if you're someone who can stay consistent with taking supplements, go for this one. 400mg formulas are pretty rare, after all. Here's to all of us staying slim and healthy. When you take catechin, you absolutely must also take milk thistle. If you skip vitamin C and B, you could damage your liver. The ultimate budget-friendly option for dedicated supplement enthusiasts who can commit to taking 4 pills every single day without fail.
