There's a golden rule that you need to take probiotics for at least three months to know if they're right for you. The first two months were fine, but honestly, starting from the third month, it just didn't work for me. I stuck with it for the full three months though. 2. Personally, I'm not a fan of probiotic capsules that are too tiny. From my experience, when probiotic capsules are too small, they don't seem to be very effective. I suspect there might be fewer active cultures in them. And honestly, the results aren't great either. Because these are a decent size, they really do get the job done in the bathroom. This was a probiotic that actually worked. 1. While it does have the advantage of helping with bathroom regularity, this product contains vaginal-derived probiotics rather than intestinal probiotics, which is disappointing. 2. In reality, there's only one probiotic strain that actually has a vaginal-related patent. When you compare the overall specifications and number of patented strains, the overall performance falls short. If you carefully compare the probiotic strains with those in products under ten thousand won on Coupang, they're almost identical with no real differences. It feels like consumer deception, and honestly, it seems overpriced. (Take a close look and compare carefully. There's an identical product for six thousand won!) 3. Because of this, during the first two months when my immunity was strong, it seemed okay. But starting from the third month when my immunity weakened, I experienced increased discharge, increased itching, and discomfort when sitting. It just didn't work anymore. 1. When my immunity isn't great, I think I need to take something with a higher guaranteed CFU count rather than this. So I kept a higher-potency option on hand as a backup and took two capsules at a time. 2. If you're choosing this product mainly for the value, I'd suggest monitoring how your body responds. Just like me, it might be worth keeping a probiotic that works well for you as a backup option on hand.
