    My sleep duration isn't too short or too long, but I used to wake up multiple times throughout the night, which left me exhausted the next day. That's when I decided to try this supplement. When I take it 30 minutes to an hour before bed, I feel drowsy and fall asleep easily. The number of times I wake up in the middle of the night has definitely decreased, and now I sleep deeply through the night. Since my body doesn't tend to feel tense, I notice the drowsy feeling quite easily. My boyfriend, who also takes it, says his sleep quality feels better overall and he wakes up feeling more refreshed. I think the effects vary from person to person. For me, it's made a real difference in my work performance and daily life, so I'm definitely planning to repurchase this.
    If I had to mention one thing, the pills themselves aren't particularly large, but the bottle is quite spacious. That was my only observation, and everything else has been great.
