I purchased this during a treatment sale, but since the original product was out of stock, they sent me a tone-down shampoo instead. When I use the tone-down shampoo, the texture feels lightweight, but I notice my hair feels a bit stiff right after application. However, once I blow-dry my hair, that stiffness completely disappears. After using it for a week, I can see the tone gradually deepening, and I'm really satisfied. Since I color my hair frequently, I was worried about it becoming too light, but this shampoo has been exactly what I needed, and I'm very happy with the results. Using this daily has helped tone down my hair color, and I'm really pleased with how my hair looks now.
