I was hoping for that fresh peach scent, but honestly, it's not quite what I expected. Instead, it has a lovely soapy fragrance. I think soap scents can easily lean too masculine, but this product balances that nicely with a subtle peachy touch. I've used a blue ampoule before, and I thought this would have the same formula, but this one feels more like a milky emulsion. That said, it's a bit too thick to be called a hair emulsion - it's definitely on the firmer side. I don't think it works well on completely dry hair. The best time to apply it is on towel-dried hair. After application, there's barely any residue left on your hands, which is really convenient. Price-wise, it feels a bit steep for the amount you get, but if you shop around for discounts, it's definitely worth trying at least once. The scent isn't quite what I was hoping for, but other than that, I don't really have any complaints. I'd especially recommend this for people with permed hair. If you apply it before using a curl cream, it really helps bring out more definition in your curls.
