I've been alternating between the biotin shampoo and protein shampoo, and they truly deliver soft, tangle-free hair. After shampooing, my hair feels incredibly smooth without needing to apply separate conditioner or essence. The lather is rich and luxurious, it rinses out beautifully without any tangling, and leaves my hair feeling fresh and clean. Even a small amount creates amazing foam, so I've been gifting these to friends and family constantly. The only downside is the price. I was dealing with scalp acne, so I switched from another product to a shampoo brand. After using it for about two months, I suddenly noticed my hair was getting really weighed down and clumpy. No matter how many times I washed and dried it, the clumping kept happening. Then I switched to HeadSpa7 shampoo, and wow, the clumping stopped and my scalp acne cleared up so much! The scent is amazing, and it even helps prevent hair loss, so I'm really happy with this choice. No real downsides! The only thing is the price is a bit steep. What I love: The cleansing power is solid. My hair feels squeaky clean after washing. My strands don't feel stiff or rough. What could be better: The scent fades quickly from my hair. My hair gets oily again pretty fast too.

I literally can't comb through it without conditioner and treatment. But this scalp spa product is a total game-changer! I just comb through and that's it - problem solved. I also deal with some hair loss concerns, and during the time I've been using this product, I haven't noticed any increase or decrease in shedding. Highly recommend! The cleansing power is solid and it lathers really well. When it goes on sale, the value for money is pretty decent too. This is very personal, but the scent is way too strong for me. It's honestly a fragrance I really can't stand. I was expecting something citrusy, but instead it smells greasy and heavy—almost like an oily, rancid odor. I rinsed it out right away and switched to a different shampoo.
