It really seemed to do a great job removing excess oil. I think this would be perfect to use when I don't have time to wash my hair. Hmm, honestly I don't think I'd use this regularly. I'd rather just wash my hair properly instead.

The amount you need to use is tricky to get right. If you squeeze out too much, your hair actually looks greasier and flatter than before you applied it. The fragrance is pretty strong, so I can see how people might have mixed feelings about it. Personally, I don't have sensitive skin, so I just use it as is. Squeeze out just about two finger-widths worth, work it through your part really well, wait for just over a minute, then blow dry it with your hair dryer and it looks much better.

When you can't wash your hair or just don't feel like it, apply this to your scalp and massage it in - it feels so refreshing and amazing! I had to be hospitalized for surgery and couldn't wash my hair for almost 4 days, so I urgently bought two bottles from another place. I've been using them ever since and they work amazingly well. I've now repurchased from this brand. It's honestly the best dry shampoo I've tried so far. With spray-type dry shampoos, the fine powder flies everywhere, and since I have sensitive sinuses, I really hated that. I'd get a runny nose and start coughing. And even though they claim to be transparent, if you can't control the amount, your roots turn white and you have to brush it out. Plus, you can't even see the back of your head to check if it's working properly, right? Some people might say, "Why not just wash your hair every day?" But life doesn't always work that way. You might be hospitalized or sick, or maybe you're planning to exercise in the morning and don't feel like washing your hair the night before, or you've lost your hat somewhere. There are so many situations like this that aren't worth listing. Anyway, the scent is a bit strong, but it covers scalp odor really well. It's a semi-transparent, moisturizing gel formula that dries quickly. If you're planning to be hospitalized, this gel type is so quiet to apply that you can use it even in a shared hospital room. Definitely bring it with you and get well soon! Honestly, there's nothing bad about it, but if I had to nitpick, I'd love to see more fragrance options. Sometimes when I apply it in the car, it makes me a bit nauseous. If you use this and feel like your hair isn't fluffy but instead looks clumpy, absolutely do not apply it directly to your scalp! Don't rub it in. Instead, dispense enough into your palm, rub your hands together to spread it evenly, and then brush it through your hair from the roots outward using your palms. Your hair will feel a bit moist at this point, but don't keep touching it. Just let it sit while you do other things. After about 5-10 minutes when it's completely dry, brush through it again and you'll get that perfect fluffy, refreshed look.
