After using this, my hair feels incredibly smooth and silky, and I'm so happy about it! The scent has this subtle forest-like vibe that totally matches my style, and I love it. Plus, the application is super convenient - I just twist the opening without removing the cap and spray it directly onto my scalp. Honestly, this product has no downsides whatsoever. I absolutely adore it and hope you keep making it! Downsides? There are none. 1. It starts as a light greenish tint, but transforms into an opaque white once it mixes with water. The texture shifts from a flowing liquid consistency to a creamy formula. 2. Right after rinsing, my hair feels incredibly soft and silky. 3. I've gone through about three bottles. 4. I've used it on my scalp too and had no issues. Even though the instructions say to rinse after 7 seconds, I sometimes left it on a bit longer before rinsing. I prefer products with fewer ingredients, so having 98 components feels like too much. I'd love it if the brand could reduce the ingredient count and remove any potentially harsh components. This product is absolutely amazing! My hair instantly feels so silky and smooth, like seaweed in water. The texture improvement is incredible, and it smells wonderful too. I have combination scalp, and I love that this treatment can be applied all the way to the scalp too—it's so convenient. After I use it through to the final rinse, my hair feels incredibly soft and smooth without any frizz or flyaways. Plus, even though I'm treating my scalp with it, I haven't experienced any breakouts at all. The twist-open cap is pretty handy, but here's the thing—when my hands are wet or covered in product, it gets slippery and tough to close. That said, I think it's still possible to keep it clean and hygienic with a little care.

I've tried so many scalp care brands over the years, but I always come back to this one. It truly lives up to being a new product - everything from the scent to the bottle design is just perfect. The earlier versions were slippery and I kept dropping them, but with each upgrade, it's become so much easier to use, which I really appreciate. The price point is definitely a consideration. Since it's mainly sold through home shopping channels, you really need to commit to buying the larger sizes.
