The charcoal ingredient feels like it would be really good for your skin, and honestly, it doesn't feel heavy or irritating at all. Some cleansers squeeze out too soft and you end up using way more than you need, but this one has a slightly firmer texture that dispenses just the right amount. Even my boyfriend with sensitive skin uses it without any issues. It cleanses gently without creating tons of lather, and I'm really happy with both the price and the amount you get. I'd definitely buy this again. No real downsides. Though if you have sensitive skin that reacts to charcoal, you might want to skip this one. A little goes a long way with this cleanser, so I'd recommend using just a modest amount to get the best results.

The best thing about this product is definitely how moisturizing it feels. During dry winters like now, I always reach for night creams or balms instead of foams because of that hydrating quality. What surprised me most about this cleansing foam is that it leaves skin feeling dewy and moisturized without any greasy residue. It's honestly the most hydrating cleanser I've ever tried. This product truly lives up to its name! I've included images showing the cleansing power. It does remove eyeliner and foundation effectively when you put in some effort, but the cleansing strength isn't particularly strong. One thing I noticed is that the expiration date on the packaging is printed in black ink on a black background, making it really hard to read. If this could be improved, maybe using a lighter color for the text, it would be much easier to check. This product is incredibly hydrating and leaves my skin feeling so moisturized! I love how gentle and soothing it feels on my complexion. I wish this brand was more well-known because it truly deserves to be! I've found that cica, collagen, regenerating ingredients, and enzyme-based formulas work wonderfully for me. My skin really needs that perfect balance between oil and moisture. Key Ingredients This product contains 7 types of ultra-lightweight hyaluronic acid, which has dramatically reduced that tight, uncomfortable feeling after cleansing. Plus, it has charcoal in the formula, so I can tackle pore care at the same time. Cleansing Power The sunscreen removal rate is supposedly 98%, which means I can get a complete cleanse with just this one cleanser—super convenient! Even my everyday makeup washes away completely. Because it's black in color, I have to rub it pretty vigorously to build up a good lather. The thing is, the bubbles don't really form that generously or dramatically when I do. I haven't personally tried a cleansing balm before, but for those of you who have experience with balm products, I think using them together with this cleanser could be really nice! From what I've noticed, balm formulas seem to be especially effective at removing blackheads.

Even when I just apply sunscreen lightly, I usually need a double cleanse, but this cleanser removes everything so thoroughly that I don't feel any residue left on my skin afterward. The lather is incredibly rich and foamy! The texture is thick and creamy like Greek yogurt—when you squeeze it out, it comes out in a smooth, consistent stream without breaking apart. I use a brush to apply sunscreen, and when I cleanse, I wipe it off with this product. Even after dissolving the sunscreen with cleansing oil first, the sunscreen trapped deep between the brush bristles doesn't come off easily. I had to make sure to work the cleanser carefully between all the bristles and really get into the depths to remove it properly. That said, the cleansing power isn't super strong, so if you're wearing makeup, I'd recommend using a cleansing oil or makeup remover first, then following up with this as your second cleanser! The texture is rich and creamy without being irritating, so I'm really happy with this product overall!!! The price is a bit steep for me.
