It doesn't feel heavy or drying on the lips at all. The packaging is gorgeous, and the product itself is beautifully designed. I think it looks best with just one application. If you have warm undertones, this shade is absolutely perfect for you! The color wasn't quite right for my skin tone - it has this brownish-warm vibe that didn't work for me. If you're not careful with the application, it can look a bit dated or give off an outdated feel.

The shade just doesn't work for my skin tone at all. 2. Even though I prepped my lips carefully before applying, matte lipsticks always seem to make my lips look patchy and uneven. Why does that happen? This lipstick is truly my holy grail, but I'm so heartbroken that it seems to be discontinued. I managed to grab the Pink Salt shade while it was still available, so I snatched it up right away. This nude lipstick has such an elegant vibe. The formula is fantastic and applies so smoothly. It looks beautiful even when worn alone without any other products. I bought this to layer it with my sour tomato shade, which I love wearing together. Unfortunately, it really emphasizes dry patches and flaking on my lips. Honestly, you can only wear this when your lips are in absolutely perfect condition. Pro tip: instead of applying it side to side with horizontal strokes, try applying it vertically. This way, you can minimize the appearance of any dry patches or texture.

It does have a slightly tight feeling when applied, kind of like wearing an old, expired lip treatment that's lost its effectiveness. I actually enjoy that taut sensation, so I wish it were more pronounced. There's also some slight pilling. That said, I keep repurchasing it because it works beautifully on bare lips and the natural, delicate color payoff is exactly what I love. I grabbed mine from the official beauty store for around twenty dollars to get the limited pouch, but you can find it on other retailers for under ten dollars with fast shipping, which is definitely the better deal.

To the eye, it looks similar to Mamonde Dandy Coral, but once you apply it to your lips, it transforms into a delicate, soft nude coral. Even though I'm a warm undertone, this nude coral shade is so wearable and effortless that I think it'll look flattering on both warm and cool undertones. Plus, like others have mentioned, the case is absolutely gorgeous—it's definitely a lipstick worth carrying around! I'm definitely planning to repurchase once I finish this one! You really do need to exfoliate regularly and keep your lips well-moisturized to prevent the texture from showing through. Despite the smooth application, you can't completely avoid some flaking. If you apply it with too much pressure, it can settle into fine lines around your lips, so I'd recommend applying it gently and carefully. Honestly, any lip product will show texture to some degree, so I've just made peace with it! Try neutralizing your natural lip color with a foundation or concealer first, then apply the lipstick just along the edges of your lips. For an even prettier effect, apply your desired lip color shade to the inner part of your lips to create a gradient effect! Personally, I found this pairs beautifully with the Mamonde Creamy Tint Color Balm.
