Their foundation line is truly a golden standard. The coverage is fantastic, it lasts all day, and the shade range is incredibly diverse - honestly, it's excellent in every way. The price point is a bit steep, but they run sales pretty frequently, so it's not as bad as you might think. - 8d********Da thiếu nướcDa mụnLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenLỗ chân lông toĐược đề xuất21/10/2025 (UTC+0)
This foundation has amazing coverage and doesn't settle into my nasolabial folds at all! I was using Wakemake shade 21 before, and Hera shade 13 is a perfect match for me. It doesn't cover really heavy blemishes and breakouts, so I'd recommend this more for people with naturally clear skin. - ju**********Da hỗn hợpBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenĐược đề xuất14/10/2025 (UTC+0)
The coverage is excellent and it adheres beautifully to the skin, plus the staying power is impressive. With such a wide range of shades and the ability to apply it sheer, you can create a really flawless, natural-looking complexion. During winter months, it can feel a bit dry on the skin. You'll want to make sure your base is well-prepped and hydrated before applying this product.

I've used both of those products on their own and mixed with BB cream for quite a long time, and I felt that Silky Stay addressed all the drawbacks I had with them. I used VDL for so long mainly because of its excellent quality for the price, but I was constantly disappointed by pore emphasis, dryness, and oxidation, so I kept searching for alternatives. My biggest concern was the shade, honestly. I saw so many reviews saying the color was too dark and oxidation was severe, so as a shade 19, I intentionally went up two shades when I bought it, and it's a perfect match. Shades 17-19 should work well for most people. My usual foundation lineup includes About Tone shade 21 Warm Light, VDL Cover Stain A00+A01 mix, Laneige Neo Cushion 17C1, Giorgio Armani Power Fabric Plus 1.5, and Espoir B Velvet Cushion shade 20 Vanilla. There were so many comments about severe oxidation, but I actually felt this had the least oxidation among all the foundations I've used. I also felt almost no oxidation from the pre-reformulation Lancôme Teint Idole, and this one is similar in that regard. I saw tons of comments about dryness too, and based on reviews I wondered if it would be as dry as Double Wear. But surprisingly, despite the matte formula, I didn't feel much dryness at all. As someone who loves ultra-matte foundations, there are only three products I couldn't use because they were too dry: Double Wear, VDL, and pre-reformulation Lancôme Teint Idole. I did use all three, but only because of their staying power. When used alone, my skin felt so parched and tight right after application, like it couldn't breathe. But Silky Stay doesn't feel that dry even when used alone. I don't feel any tightness on my face. The pore coverage is amazing too. I honestly thought the thin formula wouldn't cover pores well, but it blurs them so cleanly. VDL and Double Wear are similar products to Silky Stay, but neither of them provides great pore coverage when used alone, so I wasn't expecting much. But I'm really satisfied with this one. The application is incredibly thin. For its thin texture, the coverage is pretty good, but since my skin doesn't have much to hide besides redness, I can't really judge its full potential. It covers redness well enough, but VDL and Double Wear have stronger coverage overall. Along with shade, my other major concern before buying was that it sets too quickly and is hard to work with, which seemed to be a common complaint. But I didn't find the setting speed unusually fast at all. Actually, I think Double Wear sets the fastest. Of course, as others mentioned, you can't apply it all over your face at once and then blend it. You need to work on one area at a time. I'm lazy, so I don't use a palette or the back of my hand. I pump it directly onto different areas of my face and blend as I go. I didn't really understand what people meant by "silky," but from reviews I gathered it meant the makeup looks like your own skin and doesn't look like you're wearing makeup. Obviously you can tell you're wearing makeup, but it applies so thinly. I was worried because I don't like a natural finish, but this gives you that makeup look while still being thin, and you don't need powder. It's not blurry though. It has a slightly dewy finish with a refined look. The staying power is seriously incredible. I even took a nap after applying it, and when I woke up it was still perfectly intact. I'm not sure what makes it so good, but Double Wear, VDL, and this all have amazing longevity. It sets and adheres really well to the skin. I also saw a lot of complaints about messy breakdown, but this actually breaks down the cleanest of any foundation I've tried. I haven't used dewy foundations, but I've tried every matte foundation at the department store including Chanel Ultra Le Teint, YSL All Nighter, and Dior Forever, and this one breaks down the cleanest without settling into pores. I think it's because it applies so thinly that it breaks down cleanly. Over the past ten-plus years using only matte foundations, even the products I've settled on for years always had some disappointment. You just have to keep using them because they stay on your skin the longest. But this is the first product where I haven't felt any disappointment at all, and I'm so satisfied that I'm retiring my previous foundations and settling on this one. I regret waiting so long to try it despite its reputation. The product quality is amazing and the overall finish is excellent. I think VDL, Double Wear, and Silky Stay have the most similar texture among matte foundations, but for me, Silky Stay is the ultimate upgrade. The foundations I use regularly are About Tone and Power Fabric. I use About Tone daily for everything (since Hera is expensive), and I use Silky Stay for important occasions when I need staying power and a flawless finish. Hera, please don't discontinue or reformulate this. I already have PTSD from your Black Foundation being discontinued overnight. If this gets discontinued, I'm going back to VDL. One downside is that the product darkens over time even when it's brand new and hasn't expired. Apparently this can happen with direct sunlight exposure, so be careful about that. But once you apply it on your face, there's no noticeable color difference. Oh, and even though I use foundation sparingly, this product depletes way faster than other foundations. I was actually shocked at how quickly it runs out, probably because the formula is thinner. Most foundations worry me because I can't finish them before they expire, but with this one I have to be really careful not to use it up too fast. People say it works great with a water-soaked sponge, but I can't agree with that. When I use a Clio sponge dampened with water, the adhesion drops and pores become more visible. This isn't just from trying it once or twice—I tested it over a long period and consistently felt the same thing. Even when I squeeze out all the water and wipe it completely dry on a paper towel before using it, the result is the same. What I prefer is a spatula plus a cushion puff. It's the easiest, fastest, and cleanest way to apply. Finally, I'm not sure if anyone will read this long review, but honestly, no matter how many reviews you find for any foundation, they don't really mean much. When I was reading reviews for this product, I saw so many comments about poor pore coverage, fast setting, and severe oxidation that I decided not to buy it. But because it's so famous, I ended up purchasing it anyway, and it turns out it works amazingly well for me. The truth is, you can't trust any review—even from a beauty YouTuber with a million views—until you actually try it yourself. So I'd recommend only paying attention to things you can verify with your own eyes, like whether the formula is matte or glowy and what the shade looks like. For everything else, you should go in prepared for the possibility of disappointment and just try it yourself. - ji******Da thiếu nướcDa mụnĐược đề xuất26/08/2025 (UTC+0)
I didn't know how to apply it when I first bought it, and it felt like such a hassle that I ended up not using it because my makeup didn't turn out the way I wanted. But I started using it again recently, and wow, I absolutely love it now. First, here's the most important thing! You really, truly need to nail your base skincare routine. Otherwise, you'll end up with a flaky, patchy mess. I cleanse, apply one layer of hydrating cream, let it dry, then layer on a richer, more nourishing cream on top. For areas prone to dryness, I apply the cream quite generously and let it fully absorb. (Every other foundation and cushion left my skin looking parched, but this one cream kept everything looking fresh and dewy no matter what I layered on top.) How I apply it: I use a brush. I apply a thin layer across my face with the brush, then gently tap it in with a sponge. Here's the key thing to remember—this foundation sets incredibly fast, so don't apply it all over your face and then tap it in all at once. Work on one section at a time. Personally, I found it works best to spray setting spray after I'm completely done with my base makeup. If I spray it in the middle and then try to add more foundation, the foundation actually shifts or peels off. What I love about this foundation: 1. The coverage is absolutely incredible. When you first apply it, it might seem too sheer and you'll think, "Wait, this isn't covering anything!" But here's the trick—apply one full layer all over, then build it up in layers only where you need extra coverage. Honestly, you won't even need concealer. Here's how to cover imperfections naturally: never just dab it directly on problem areas or blemishes. Instead, apply it generously to the surrounding area as well. (I recommend using a brush and blending out any brush marks.) Let it dry slightly, then gently tap just the edges to blend them out. Don't tap directly over scars or blemishes—just let them dry and set. It creates this protective veil over your skin. This foundation actually peels off rather than fades away. The way it dries is almost like watching paint dry. Best for: people with good skin texture but who have trouble spots, scars, redness, or uneven skin tone. It really covers all of that beautifully. (If you have active, raised breakouts, I wouldn't recommend it as much since this foundation is so matte that it can actually emphasize texture.) 2. Staying power. True to its name "Silky Stay 24H," this foundation delivers. If I do my makeup around 10 a.m., it stays put until midnight with barely any fading or breakdown. Of course, eating and wiping your mouth will cause some wear, but other than that, even when my eye makeup and lip color have completely faded and smudged, my base stays flawless. It lasts a long time even without setting spray. Since my skin isn't naturally perfect, I prioritize base makeup above everything else, and knowing I don't have to worry about it fading or needing touch-ups throughout the day is such a relief. With cushion foundations, I used to carry them around for touch-ups, but I don't need to do that anymore. *Important note: Don't do touch-ups with this foundation. It will peel off during the tapping process. I'd recommend this to anyone who takes their time with makeup and really understands how crucial a solid skincare base is. Even with its drawbacks, I plan to keep using this. The fact that I get flawless coverage without concealer and that it lasts all day are huge wins for me. You might worry that building it up in layers will look too thick and unnatural, but if you really commit to your skincare routine and apply it without leaving brush marks, you won't have that problem at all. This is a technique I figured out through trial and error, and while it's hard to fully explain in text, I hope this helps. The downsides: 1. It's really drying. As I mentioned, if you don't prep your base with hydration and a solid foundation, your skin will actually look worse even after applying this foundation. 2. The price is steep. That said, one purchase gives you quite a bit of product, so you can probably get several months out of it, even if not a full six months. (Assuming you do your makeup two or three times a week.) 3. It requires a lot of attention to detail, which can be tedious. You need to prep your base carefully, you need a brush so you have to clean and maintain it regularly, and if you have problem skin, you're constantly letting it dry and reapplying, so just doing your base makeup takes forever. For me, just applying the foundation alone takes at least 30 minutes, so I only use it on days when I'm willing to put in the effort. I've had plenty of experiences where using heavy base products actually made my skin worse, but this one didn't do that. - hs*****Da khôDa nhạy cảmDa mụnLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmQuầng thâm mắtĐược đề xuất12/08/2025 (UTC+0)
Coverage - Medium to High Adherence - Excellent Shade - Runs darker than the standard shade 13, with a yellow undertone Key Features: - Perfect for summer wear - Creates a thin, seamless veil on first application with impressive staying power - As time passes, natural oils emerge and actually enhance your skin's appearance - Sets quickly, so you'll want to blend it fast If you have oily skin, this is definitely your match Since I have dry skin, I noticed it felt a bit parched, but it works beautifully when you prep with solid skincare first If you apply it too thickly, it can look heavy It's about half a shade darker than shade 13 Invest in your skincare routine Blend quickly for best results Great for summer Highly recommend if you have oily skin - sk*******Da thiếu nướcLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmLỗ chân lông toĐược đề xuất22/05/2025 (UTC+0)
This foundation is absolutely perfect for summer! It feels so lightweight and comfortable on the skin, and the coverage stays put all day without feeling heavy or sticky. The texture is quite thick, so you'll really need to be careful with how much you use. A little goes a long way with this one! - yu**********Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmQuầng thâm mắtKhô từ bên trongĐược đề xuất18/05/2025 (UTC+0)
This is honestly one of those foundations that feels like a total game-changer. I've been through so many foundations - I'm basically a foundation nomad at this point, trying every high-end option everyone raves about. Same goes for cushion compacts, honestly. As long as you pick the right shade for your skin tone, this product is absolutely incredible. The adhesion and coverage are phenomenal, and the finish is so flawless that I find myself constantly gushing about it to everyone around me. Honestly, there's really nothing bad about it, haha... not a single thing. Okay, so there's maybe just a tiny bit of shine if you have very oily skin, but if you're someone who prefers a completely matte finish, you might want to skip this one. Make sure to prep your skin really well with a good skincare routine before applying this! You'll get so much better results that way.

I started with their tube formula and was so impressed that I switched to their silky foundation for daily wear. It's become my absolute favorite. With my combination skin and oily T-zone, this foundation is simply perfect! I rarely experience breakouts, so I've never had any issues with it breaking down. I use it every day from spring through fall, and in winter I pair it with either a glowing foundation or a hydrating sunscreen or serum for the ultimate combination. It's not completely matte, though. I always go for the lightest shade available across brands, and this one isn't too light or too dark. On my fair, slightly warm-toned skin, it blends beautifully into a flattering peachy-pink tone. Since it sets quickly, I make sure to blend it evenly right after application! My skin looks beautifully refined with this foundation. As time passes and natural oils emerge, my skin takes on a nicely hydrated appearance that looks gorgeous. For someone like me who prefers a light, natural makeup look, this foundation is absolutely essential. The fragrance was quite strong at first and took some getting used to, but now I don't mind it at all. I've actually grown to like it! I think people will have different opinions about the scent. The compact is a bit heavy and not very portable, which is disappointing. If you have very dry skin, I wouldn't recommend this foundation. The SPF level is slightly lower than I'd prefer, but since I apply sunscreen underneath, it's not really a concern. Blend it evenly before it sets, as it dries quickly! When you want that luminous finish! This pairs beautifully with a glowing foundation. Highly recommended! Don't skip your skincare routine! It makes a real difference. When applied with a damp beauty sponge, it goes on with a hydrated finish and the adhesion is even better! - 13*****Da hỗn hợpĐược đề xuất03/04/2025 (UTC+0)
I was really happy with this product - the color is absolutely gorgeous and the coverage is fantastic There aren't really any downsides to mention, but if I think of anything later I'll definitely add to this review
