Texture and Application (Spreadability, Absorption, Skin Feel) This formula melts the instant it touches your lips. It goes on without any color deposit and sits beautifully on your lips like a delicate gloss. The plumping effect gives you a naturally fuller look, and you can really feel the hydration. After you wear it and take it off, your lips feel more moisturized and smoother. The photos are straight from my iPhone camera with no filters. Highlights This is hands down my absolute favorite lip product. I've bought multiple shades and use them constantly. I've tried lip products from Yves Saint Laurent, Dior, and drugstore brands, but nothing compares to this one. I actually bought it after seeing my friend wearing it and asking what it was. Since then, several of my friends have purchased it after seeing how gorgeous it looks on me. It's genuinely a word-of-mouth favorite that lives up to the hype. Scent None. I absolutely love that there's no fragrance in this lip product. Will I Repurchase Yes, forever. This is my holy grail product. Drawbacks Because the formula melts so easily, it's tricky to carry around and apply during hot summer months. The product needs to be solid enough to melt on contact with your lips to work its best. Also, the packaging finish is more delicate than expected, so the logo can chip and peel off. For a department store product, that's a bit disappointing. This glossy balm is genuinely one of the prettiest I've tried. It's absolutely worth the price, and the shine is absolutely stunning—like a shimmering candy coating. The price is a bit steep, honestly. Since I find myself reapplying this glossy balm frequently, it runs out pretty quickly. I've tested quite a few glossy balms, and the Coral Haze version is remarkably similar to the actual product—it's practically identical.

Desire ended up being my perfect match. I love how it smooths out my lip lines, and it's absolutely ideal for plump, glossy lips. Plus, it's not sticky at all. The amount you get for the price is disappointing. The staying power isn't great either. The lip care results are surprisingly excellent. Since my lips have thin, dry skin, I haven't felt immediate effects from lip balms other than Vaseline. But this one worked really well. It's less sticky than expected. I anticipated stickiness similar to other glossy tints, but it turned out to be much better than I thought. Many glossy products tend to make my lips feel tight, but this one doesn't have that uncomfortable feeling at all. Really pleasant to wear. The plumping effect is just right. Since I have sensitive skin, I usually can't use strong plumpers because they hurt, so I appreciate that this one just feels refreshing. My lips have a lot of fine lines, and this product smooths them out nicely without being too intense. It's perfect and I'm really happy with it. The shine is genuinely beautiful with a lovely translucent finish, but the color is so light that when I layer it over a matte tint underneath, it looks muddy. It feels more like a sheer glossy tint overall. In the photo, I applied Wake Make Water Blurring Fixing Tint (pre-renewal) in Pinky Ice on the inner lip, finished the outer edges with Heart Percent Creamy Pink, and then took the picture. It ended up looking like a glow tint in the photo. If I want to wear it alone, I think I'd be better off with Antis instead. Even when I overline with a lip pencil, if I go beyond the boundary, it immediately looks like I've had lip fillers. Though that might just be my issue. If I apply a water tint or another glossy balm with more intense color underneath first, the shine comes through with a nice translucent effect, and the gradient looks really pretty.
