The best thing about this product is how it feels and how well it works. My lips are naturally dry year-round, and even in summer, if I skip my lip balm for just one day, they get terribly chapped. That's why I have to apply it before makeup and before bed every single night. This one is absolutely perfect for nighttime use. It's not overly sticky or uncomfortable to wear, and it glides on so smoothly that I feel great even after application. Plus, it doesn't disappear the moment you apply it, so you don't have to keep reapplying it over and over. It's honestly ideal for a nighttime lip treatment. The only downside is that you can't apply it directly to your lips, so you have to use your fingers to apply it, which is a bit inconvenient. And the price? When it's not on sale, it does feel a little steep. If you apply it before bed, your lips will feel noticeably plumper the next morning! When winter rolls around, I have to apply Vaseline before bed or my lips get terribly chapped. The thing is, I keep accidentally ingesting it when I apply it to my lips, which worried me. So I searched everywhere for an alternative and found this gem! It contains 20% jojoba oil, so I feel safe even if I swallow some of it, and honestly, it's so hydrating. Most lip products I've tried just sit on the surface with a temporary moisture feel, but this one actually penetrates deep and soothes all the flakiness on my lips and even my cuticles. I loved it so much after buying one that I grabbed two more bottles! Right now it's winter so it's fine, but apparently oil-based products like this can start to melt and drip during summer.
