This cleanser works better than I expected! I don't wear much makeup, but it does a great job removing my everyday base makeup cleanly. I still followed up with a foam cleanser to be thorough. Since I picked this up from the Whigee website for around three thousand won, the value for money is absolutely fantastic. The main downside is that rubbing it on with a cotton pad does cause some irritation to my skin. It really stings if it gets in my eyes, and since I don't wear eye makeup, I tend to remove everything in one go without a separate eye cleanser step. Honestly, it ends up in my eyes almost every time I use it. Compared to Bioderma, this feels noticeably more irritating. It cleanses really well, and I absolutely love the product design and the minimal, eco-conscious packaging. It feels great to use something that doesn't create unnecessary waste. Since I'm used to fragrance-free products, the scent took a bit of getting used to at first. The fragrance does fade quickly, but it's definitely noticeable. This cleanser leaves my skin feeling so fresh and clean! After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight or uncomfortable at all. It removes eye makeup beautifully. The amount is surprisingly generous, so it lasts a really long time. I love that it's gentle and doesn't irritate my eyes. Since this is a cleansing water, it feels refreshing and lightweight. The cleansing power is really impressive. I'd totally recommend it to anyone like me who skips full makeup and just wears sunscreen. After using it, there's no irritation or stinging around the eyes. Gentle and mild on skin. The fragrance is barely noticeable, almost unscented. The cleansing power is solid. Really satisfied with this product! I couldn't find any downsides to this product. Keep an eye out for sales!

The scent is barely noticeable and it feels like a really gentle formula. But what really impressed me is how effectively it cleanses! It removes even heavy makeup and waterproof products with ease. This cleansing water has seriously impressive cleaning power! I'd say it's worth buying during sales rather than at full price though, since the bottle is only 300ml and runs out pretty quickly. I thought it would be gentle and wouldn't irritate my eyes, but I was wrong! Even though the cleansing power is strong, when I used it to remove eye makeup, it really stung! For me, this cleansing water caused significant eye irritation and sensitivity. I don't think I'll be able to use it anymore. If you don't experience eye irritation like I do, you can actually remove makeup without needing a separate remover, so it could work great for you! It's really gentle on my skin. The best part is that I don't get any breakouts. The fragrance isn't overpowering either. That said, if you wear heavy eye makeup, you'll definitely need an eye makeup remover. I wish the cap didn't require twisting to open. Also, the PEG ingredients are a concern. Fortunately, I usually just wear sunscreen daily, and even though I have extremely sensitive skin, I don't break out from PEG or phenoxyethanol, so I'm using it. But I think it would be better without these ingredients. If you wear bold eye makeup, you'll need to add an extra cleansing step with an eye makeup remover or oil cleanser to make sure everything comes off completely. It removes makeup cleanly and refreshingly, and I love how my skin feels hydrated and moisturized after cleansing Since I have extremely sensitive, acne-prone skin, if I don't rinse quickly after wiping, my skin feels really tight and uncomfortable
